We know that many businesses are required to close for an unexpected period of time or have their staff work from home (us included!). This may have an effect on your financial situation and we want to ensure you are covered so you still have peace of mind.

Here are some of the payment options we provide for all our personal and commercial clients:

Annual Full Payment

  • One-off payment within 30 days of the invoice
  • Bank Transfer (Direct Credit) – Free
  • Direct Debit – 2% surcharge applies
  • Credit Card – 2% surcharge applies

Monthly Payment

  • Monthly payments can be made by direct debit or credit card
  • Payments will be split into 11 payments
  • For personal policies a 9.5% handling fee will be incurred
  • For commercial policies, premium funding will be arranged with Elantis (handling fee is calculated upon application)

Split Payment

  • Two payments
  • First 50% within 30 days of the invoice
  • Last 50% within 60 days of the invoice
  • Bank Transfer (Direct Credit) – Free
  • Direct Debit – 2% surcharge
  • Credit Card – 2% surcharge

Payment via Cheque

During this time, we are unable to deposit any cheque payments. We’d like to encourage our customers to switch to bank transfer, direct debit or credit card payments.
